Once an order is placed and confirmed (in-store or online), it cannot be cancelled. Our team begins preparation immediately upon confirmation to ensure freshness.
If you request a scheduled delivery and later wish to cancel or reschedule after preparation has begun, a 30% deduction will apply to cover preparation costs. The remaining amount will be credited to your account or refunded to the original payment method.
