Welcome to Tasty Nation! By using our website, ordering online or visiting our stores, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Order & Preparation

Minimum Preparation Time: Kindly allow at least 30 minutes for your order to be freshly prepared.

Order Queue: All orders are processed only after successful payment and prioritized based on the payment time.

Store Availability: Orders can only be placed when the store is open and accepting orders. Please check our live status before placing an order.

Modifications Not Allowed: Once preparation has started, no changes or additions can be made to your order.

No Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed, except under specific refund cases detailed below.

Delivery

Partner Availability: Delivery is subject to the availability of our delivery partners in your area.

Packaging: We ensure secure and hygienic packaging, but are not responsible for damage or leakage after handover to delivery partners.

Consumption: All food items are perishable and should be consumed immediately upon delivery for best quality and safety.

Offers & Discounts

Single Offer Per Order: Only one offer or coupon can be applied per order. Multiple offers cannot be combined.

Dessert of the Day Offer: We may offer special discounts or free add-ons as part of our “Dessert of the Day” promotion. These are limited-time, subject to availability, and cannot be exchanged or altered. Tasty Nation reserves the right to change or discontinue the offer at any time without notice.

Misuse of Offers: Any attempt to manipulate, duplicate, or repeatedly exploit promotional offers (including creating multiple accounts or misusing referral programs) will result in the denial of the offer and suspension of service to the customer. Tasty Nation reserves the right to reject any order where misuse is detected.

Refunds, Replacements & Cancellations

No Cancellation for Immediate Orders: Orders for immediate preparation cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.

Deliver Later Orders: For scheduled orders marked as “Deliver Later,” 30% of the total amount will be deducted if cancelled, due to material prep done in advance.

Replacement Policy

Quality Concerns: One-time replacement may be offered for verified quality issues, subject to management approval.

Proof Required: To be eligible, customers must provide photo/video proof of the issue at the time of delivery.

Not Covered: Replacements will not be provided for changes of mind or expectations based on past purchases.

In-Store Conduct & Policy

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders in cases where customers misbehave, disrespect staff, or attempt to misuse offers.

Respectful Conduct: Customers are expected to maintain basic hygiene and respectful behavior in our stores. Misconduct will not be tolerated and may lead to a ban from future service.

General Terms

Allergy Disclaimer: Our food may contain allergens like dairy, nuts, gluten, and soy. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee allergen-free meals. Customers with serious allergies must consult with us before ordering.

Health Disclaimer: Our desserts may contain high levels of sugar, dairy, and fat, which may not be suitable for individuals with health conditions such as diabetes, obesity, or lactose intolerance. Parental discretion is advised for children below 10 years.

Intellectual Property: All content, branding, and media on this website are the property of Tasty Nation. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes are subject to local laws and jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Limitation of Liability: Tasty Nation is not responsible for indirect losses including, but not limited to, business loss, loss of data, or profit.

Privacy & Data Protection: Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how your personal data is collected, used, and protected.

Policy Updates: We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

Payment Terms

Prepaid Orders Only: All orders must be paid in advance. We do not support Cash on Delivery (COD).

Payment Failures: In case your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please allow 24–48 hours for the payment gateway to auto-resolve the issue.
