1. Earning Treat Passes
Treat Passes are awarded based on the bill amount per order at Tasty Nation outlets or via direct online orders at order.tastynation.in.
- Rs 200 – Rs 399: 1 Treat Pass
- Rs 400 – Rs 599: 2 Treat Passes
- Rs 600 – Rs 799: 3 Treat Passes
Orders below Rs 200 or placed through third-party platforms (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.) are not eligible for Treat Passes.
2. Collection Rules
- Passes are tracked per registered phone number.
- Only one phone number can be registered per customer.
- Passes are non-transferable between accounts.
- Passes must be claimed at the time of purchase. Retrospective claims will not be entertained.
- Staff will record passes digitally at the time of billing.
3. Expiration
- Treat Passes are valid for 90 days from the date of earning.
- Expired passes will be automatically removed from the account.
- Tasty Nation is not obligated to notify customers of upcoming pass expirations.
4. Redemption Rules
- 6 Treat Passes = 1 free dessert worth up to Rs 200.
- Instagram Follower Bonus: Customers who follow @tastynation_in on Instagram can redeem for a dessert worth up to Rs 300. Proof of follow required at time of redemption.
- Redemption is available at all Tasty Nation outlets during regular operating hours.
- Only one free dessert can be redeemed per visit.
- The free dessert must be chosen from the regular menu. Custom orders, combos, or special items may not be eligible.
5. Restrictions
- Treat Passes cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
- Passes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Tasty Nation reserves the right to refuse redemption in case of suspected fraud or misuse.
- The free dessert is for dine-in or takeaway only — not valid for delivery orders.
6. Program Modifications
- Tasty Nation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Treat Pass program at any time without prior notice.
- Changes to earning tiers, redemption values, or expiration periods may occur at the company's discretion.
- In the event of program discontinuation, customers will be given a reasonable period to redeem their accumulated passes.
7. General
- By participating in the Treat Pass program, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
- Tasty Nation's decision on all matters related to the program is final.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
